“The house was between the hill
and the sea, overlooking the beach. You were the light and
the beauty of love. But it is not correct saying that you
were part of the whole. Because “you” weren’t
there. You didn’t exist. There was just stillness, beauty
and an extraordinary sense of love”.
Guided meetings for an energetic rebalancing
through the stones (sculpture-stone-therapy) and the breathing and harmonical movement (yoga, gyrokinesis®).
Acqua di Friso seems to be the right place where rebalancing
our own energy simply implies following an ancient footprint
that here can be recognizable everywhere: In the Nature that
sheds his beauty through the delicate orange flowers as well
as through the thorny thistles annulling every contrast or
difference in building; In the Big stones of dried rivers
(praised by Plinius, I century b.C.)and in the Smaller ones
survived to emit the precious gift of energetic charge because
of the millenary process of erosion and crushing; In the Strong
energy of this very ancient place used to worship the waters;
In the Legends of the beautiful healing spring nymphs;

And in the Silence.
“…silence and vastness
walk along together. The immensity of silence is the
immensity of mind in which there is no centre”
J. Krishnamurti
Acqua di Friso is for us like a drop
where all the waters, rivers, oceans and falls had been
and still may be. And also where the nymphs assure that
the springs will never dry up. An indefinite crossing
and meeting place between mythology, legend and us.
Or better a meeting with ourselves, with the others.
But most of all with our energies that, rebalanced,
like many drops become again our ancient and renewed
spring.
“here in the sacred forest,
protected by the trees of an impenetrabile wilderness
lie rich pastures” Tito Livio
